The Vendor Cafe

As a Contributing Sponsor in the Vendor Cafe, you will be listed on the Conference website and have the opportunity to provide promotional material for the registration bags. If you are interested in becoming a Contributing Sponsor in the Vendor Cafe, contact Kristina Kersels.
Vendor Exhibits are always a key part of any conference. They provide a valuable resource, and a chance for colleagues to interact. What is new, what works, what doesn't work, what's on the horizon...whether or not you are a buyer, the information and the services our vendors offer is important.
The vendor exhibit is scheduled for two days this year - Thursday, November 17 and Friday, November 518. We will be providing coffee and encouraging people to plan to use the Cafe as a meeting place throughout the day. In addition, we will be offering a continental breakfast in the Cafe each day and a cash bar reception on Thursday evening.
We'll also be showcasing each vendor on the website. Each vendor page will have a logo, a description of products and services and contact information listed. And it will be available to members and attendees long after the conference is over.
Each Vendor Receives -
A booth during the 2011 Conference. The Vendor Cafe will be open for two days this year!A page on the AMIA Conference website with your logo, products/services description and a link to your website. This webpage remains after the conference is over as a reference and resource for attendees and AMIA members.
Show Hours. The Vendor Cafe hours will be 8:30am - 4:30pm on Thursday and Friday (November 17-18). On Thursday at 5:30pm there will be a one hour reception in the Vendor Cafe.
Costs. The exhibit space application is here. We urge you to contact us
as soon as possible for the best booth selections. A deposit is due with your application within 15 days of your verbal reservation.
