Vendor
Exhibits are always a key part of any AMIA Conference. They
provide a valuable resource, and a chance for colleagues to interact.
What is new, what works, what doesn't work, what's on the horizon...whether
or not you are a buyer, the information and the services our vendors
offer is important.
The vendor
exhibit is scheduled for two days this year - Thursday, November 13
and Friday, November 14. We will be providing coffee in the Cafe and
encouraging people to plan to use the Cafe as a meeting place throughout
the day.
We'll also
be showcasing each vendor on the website. Each vendor page will have
a logo, a description of products and services and contact information
listed. And it will be available to members and attendees long after
the conference is over.
Each Vendor
Receives:
A booth during
the 2008 Annual Conference.
The Vendor Cafe will be open for two days this year!
A page on the
AMIA Conference website with your logo, products/services description
and a link to your website. This webpage remains after the conference
is over as a reference and resource for attendees and AMIA members.
A listing of
your products and services in the AMIA Conference Program, including
your contact information and booth number. While this is a great reference
for attendees during the Conference, the program is also kept as a
resource for attendees throughout the year.
