AMIA brings together the largest gathering of moving image archivists in North America. Exhibits will run all day Friday in the Salon J-K of the Austin Hilton, with breakfast, breaks and Friday's lunch served in the Vendor area, with the big Raffle drawing at 4:15pm to end the day. Vendor move in will be Thursday, December 1, 2005 and move out will begin immediately after the close of the show Friday, November 12. The Show Decorator will send a complete Exhibitor Package, including move in/move out times, labor, electrical, customs and shipping and drayage information no later than October 15, 2005.
All booths are 8' deep x 8' high x 10' wide. The exhibit space application is enclosed - and we urge you to call directly for the best booth selections. A deposit is due with your application within 15 days of your verbal reservation. Confirmation will be by return mail upon receipt of your deposit. If you have chosen to have two registrations included with your booth, please be sure to indicate the names of those receiving the registrations for your company. Hotel ... Located in downtown Austin, the Austin Hilton will be the host hotel for AMIA 2005. The special AMIA rate is $138 per night (plus tax). Let the reservation desk know you are calling from AMIA to receive the rate, and to be counted as part of the AMIA group. You must book by October 20, 2005 to be eligible for discount rate.
