Registration
Information Upon
registration, you will receive a confirmation with your payment information, badge
information and registration type and workshops listed. Please check this over
carefully to be sure all the information is correct.
Cancellation
& Name Changes There
will be a $25 service fee for each cancellation prior to November 11, 2005. There
will be no refunds issued after November 10, 2005. Written requests to transfer
a registration (change a name) will be honored at no charge through November 10,
2005. All transfer requests after that date must be done on-site and will be subject
to a $25 fee. Registration
Fees Upon
completing your form, please mail your registration with a check or credit card
information (in U.S. funds). Registrations not accompanied by a check or credit
card form will be returned unprocessed. There will be a $25 fee for all returned
checks. Pre-Registrations will be accepted only until November 10, 2005. All registrations
after that date must be submitted on-site, and are subject to availability. Register
Early! Please purchase your registration package in advance. We cannot guarantee
that registration for all events will be available on-site. Send
